With a strong foundation in service, leadership, and entrepreneurship, Joshua brings a unique and powerful skillset to the real estate industry.

Joshua gained valuable professional experience working with the Department of Defense for over seven years where he supported Navy Flight Test Evaluations and Electronic Warfare Progression. During this time, working with three different contractors allowed him to sharpen his skills in customer service, time management, and problem solving under pressure – qualities that he now uses to the advantage of his real estate clients and partners!

When working with Joshua, clients and industry professionals can expect outstanding service, integrity, transparency, a strong moral compass, and a genuine desire to serve in a profession that is often viewed as profit focused. His client-first mindset means that Joshua aims to create low stress and highly informative experiences with each transaction. Helping families and individuals build generational wealth through real estate, while continuously growing his own knowledge in the field, drives Joshua’s success.

As a devoted father to his 8-year-old son, and a caring son to his own aging parents, Joshua values family, community, and connection. Born in Prince George’s County and raised in St. Mary’s County, Joshua is proud to be living in and serving all of Southern Maryland.

Joshua will work primarily out of our St. Mary’s County office in California.
