About Margaret Dawn

Dawn Bell is a skilled REALTOR® with nearly 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Dawn’s educational training includes a degree in Paralegal Studies and her additional professional background includes time in Mortgage Banking, Program Coordination, and serving as an Executive Assistant – all of which add to the organization, detail-focus, and time sensitivity required in a REALTOR®!

As a caring, loyal, and ambitious agent who finds joy and purpose in helping others, Dawn strives to create, strengthen, and maintain client relationships. Dawn is intimately familiar with Southern Maryland and has a solid understanding of the local market and its selling points. She uses her friendly and responsive work ethic to go the extra mile for each client and works diligently to find the good in every situation.

Dawn has lived in St. Mary’s County since she was three years old and currently resides in Leonardtown with her husband and their family (including five adult children and two VERY spoiled cats!). In her free time, Dawn enjoys traveling, cooking, and entertaining at home with family and friends. She also loves to volunteer in the community and is involved with the Mechanicsville Optimist Club, Moose Lodge, Christmas in April, Hospice 5K Walk, and more!

Dawn focuses on Residential Real Estate and will be working primarily out of our St. Mary’s County location in California, MD.
