About Candace

I am a REALTOR® with nearly 19 years of experience in the real estate profession. My combination of education and work experience have developed me into an organized professional with excellent time management, technological, creative thinking, and customer service skills. Clients can always expect timely communications and a strong work ethic. I will work consistently towards the best outcome possible in each transaction! With a force of positivity, I am outgoing and have a charismatic personality that allows me to easily engage with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals. I love that the real estate world is ever changing, never stagnant, and I excel in the fast-paced environment. I am passionate about providing my clients with excellent service and a feeling of security in what can often be an eventful and uncertain process. Originally from Texas, I have lived in the DMV for over 27 years and in Southern Maryland, specifically, for most of that time. I am married to my husband Alan Pentz, we just celebrated our 20-year anniversary, and we currently reside in St. Mary’s County with our two pets. We live in a historic St. Mary’s home that was built in 1890 and was used as the first high school in the county! I am drawn to the history and charm of the region and enjoy spending playing with my dachshund, Ajaxx and sometimes a quick visit from my cat, Kiddo (who is a nocturnal recluse). I love to read, paint in watercolors, visit local vineyards, and spend time on my boat in the Chesapeake Bay.
