Hi! Thank you for taking a minute to consider hiring me as your real estate agent! My name is Jen Helms, and I have loved southern Maryland since the first time I visited in 2000. A beautiful rural area with many state parks, winding back roads, and plenty of water access- yet close to major cities that offer everything you could possibly need or want. I’ve lived and worked across all 3 counties, Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s, in-between 2004-present. You may know me publicly as a clinical social worker, as I’ve worked within tri-county as a social worker since 2013. I'm also a veteran. People know me as hard working, knowledgeable within the fields I work in, being a good, empathetic listener, a problem solver and very task-oriented, organized and efficient. People also know me as a mother of 3 active teens, owning a home in St. Mary’s County myself and being involved across a variety of sports, schools, churches and other activities. I have a knack for both business and helping professions. I first became interested in residential real estate years ago, finally making the move to get my real estate license over Christmas break 2023. I was licensed by the State of Maryland and then affiliated with Remax One in California, MD in April 2024. I am very excited to combine my passion of helping others with gaining knowledge and expertise in the real estate world!
