Jessica Adsit is a driven, task-oriented, and competitive professional who happily wears multiple hats as a REALTOR®! Providing excellent services while prioritizing the needs and wants of her clients is the goal with each transaction. Jessica realizes the importance of structure and dedication but also wants to ensure that the process is as fun and stress-free as possible.

As a full-service representative, Jessica knows that a real estate professional is more than just a single role – she will be a Marketing Manager, Transaction Coordinator, Community Consultant, Property Specialist, Experienced Negotiator, and Trusted Advisor, all in the name of going above and beyond for her clients! She also wants to make sure her clients are aware that her involvement doesn’t stop with listing or searching for a home; she is able to assist with relocation, mortgage services, title & settlement services, and finding the appropriate home warranty. Offering options and utilizing excellent industry contacts will keep her clients in the driver’s seat!

Jessica loves being close to the Chesapeake Bay and feels like she wakes up every day on vacation! Living in Southern Maryland but having easy access to areas like DC and Annapolis make living here a true dream come true.
