About Chris

Chris Coughlan is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX One in Southern Maryland (SoMD) and Ocean City, MD as well as Sussex County, DE specializing in new home construction, first-time home buyers, military relocation, and investor rehab properties.

Chris brings nearly 20 years of real estate experience with 500+ homes sold in Charles, St. Mary’s, and Calvert counties and the Eastern shore. He knows the importance of building and maintaining client relationships through collaborative, cooperative teamwork and is valued for his problem solving and leadership skills. His extensive network of lenders, contractors, title companies, home appraisers and home builders combined with his reputation for honesty, professionalism and timely communication make for a winning combination when providing outstanding service to his clients.

Multi-tasking comes easy for Chris as he juggles numerous priorities throughout the day for his real estate clients and other business ventures. He takes pride in being a small business owner where he has complete ownership and oversight for KC Concepts, LLC, a real estate investment company, that buys and renovates distressed properties. KC Concepts is a joint venture with his wife, Katie, who provides interior design and home staging services.

When he’s not working Chris enjoys spending time with family, coaching his son’s ice hockey team, playing golf and boating in Ocean City.
